1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup finely ground pecans

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9″ x 9″ pan. You may also use a 7″ x 11″ pan.
Step 2: Sift the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Step 3: Add milk, egg whites, butter and vanilla. Beat using a whisk for 2-3 minutes, until smooth.
Step 4: Pour batter into greased pan.
Step 5: Sprinkle 1/2 of the Streusel Topping mixture on top of the batter.
Step 6: Carefully spoon the peach pie filling over the top of the batter, distributing evenly to cover the batter.
Step 7: Sprinkle the remaining Streusel Topping mixture on top of the peach pie filling.
Step 8: Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
